Some will try to falsely claim that in Revelation Eleven, Verse 8, when The Lord used the term "great City" He was somehow referring to Jerusalem.The following verses however document that in the End Days The Lord will utterly destroy the "great city" He refered to in Revelation 11:8, and that pursaunt to Jeremiah 30:10 and 11 The Lord has specifically PROMISED that He will NEVER totally destroy neither Jerusalem, nor Israel.
Therefore fear thou not, O my servant Jacob, saith the LORD; neither be dismayed, O Israel: for, lo, I will save thee from afar, and thy seed from the land of their captivity; and Jacob shall return, and shall be in rest, and be quiet, and none shall make him afraid.Therefore, based on the following complete Scriptural thread regarding the subject "great city", which document that The Lord will utterly destroy it with a fire that can never be put out: Any such claim that The Lord was referring to either Jerusalem OR to Israel in Revelation 11:8 is pure unadulterated nonsense. It is as well utterly false demonic doctrine meant to confuse all of GOD'S Prophecy. To wit:For I am with thee, saith the LORD, to save thee: though I make a full end of all nations whither I have scattered thee, yet I will not make a full end of thee: but I will correct thee in measure, and will not leave thee altogether unpunished. Revelation 13:6 And he opened his mouth in blasphemy against God, to blaspheme his name, and his tabernacle, and them that dwell in heaven.
Revelation 13:7 And it was given unto him to make war with the saints, and to overcome them: and power was given him over all kindreds, and tongues, and nations.
Revelation 13:8 And all that dwell upon the earth shall worship him, whose names are not written in the book of life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world.
