In the year 1995, because America had allowed its  C I A  to both physically and mentally torture him in ways far more inhumane than America has recently been caught torturing its prisoners in Afghanistan and Iraq:

Vince Diehl, a natural born U.S. citizen, provably stood in front of several court houses in the State of New Mexico and passed out written declarations of the following prophecy to hundreds of people stating:

"In fair treatment for what America has done to me, and because America will not allow me to use her courts to exercise my Fifth Amendment rights to seek redress of grievance for what she has done:  Based on His Decree that we are to ask HIM to take vengeance on our behalf:

I have asked The Lord, God, to strike the mountains in the state of New Mexico and in other parts of America with a Plague, and to thereby cut off communications by setting fire to transmitters and antennas which are typically located on mountain tops throughout the United States.  This will leave all or most of the entire state of New Mexico, and other areas of America, with no television, no telephones, no cell phones, no radio, no air traffic control, very limited police and other such services, and in fact, literally cut off New Mexico and other parts of America from the rest of the world; just as America (and New Mexico in particular) has done to me."

To further facilitate the above Vince Diehl publicly announced in writing that he had asked The Lord to send severe droughts to America in addition to beetles to fuel what will be one giant fire.

"I will plead thy cause, and take vengeance for thee; and I will dry up her sea, and make her springs dry; promised The Lord."  (Jeremiah 51:36)

"Do to her as she has done to you.  Do double to her, double according to her works.  In the cup which she has filled for you,  fill it double for her." (Rev 18:6)...

Now, said Diehl, in public and in writing,  to over a thousand people, see if you think the now unstoppable plague of "bark" beetles is funny.

AUTHOR'S  NOTE:
We can't speak for the rest of the country, but in New Mexico over half of the trees in our mountains are now dead and totally dried out, and our forests are knee deep in tinderbox type dead foliage, all of which looks to us like The Lord has made preparations for one giant fire!

The above situation was created by what's now become known as "bark" beetles.

According to the National Forest Service "bark" beetle infestations are a natural phenomenon that occur about once every fifty years, usually infesting pine trees.  They eat their way under the bark causing the tree to emit its sap.  Normally the sap then promptly kills the beetle.

However, today's problem is UNSTOPPABLE and all but national.  Due to the trees being very dry from the recent drought which has persevered since the year 1996, trees have no sap to emit, and the beetles are then able to summon mates to lay eggs inside the tree itself, which then promptly kills the tree.

As stated by the National Forest Service, there is nothing that anyone can do to stop the process.  The two conditions present, bark beetles along with a severe drought, have never been witnessed before.

According to the Associated Press, on 6-16-04 the U. S. government officially CLOSED  the entire Cibola National Forest east of Albuquerque, New Mexico.  This is the mountain range upon which all or most of the communication antennas for the entire state of New Mexico were erected in the early 50's.

If New Mexico looses these "Sandia Crest" antennas, the entire State will then be effectively cut off from the outside world!

These mountains have never before been closed to the public.
